Every effort is made to keep down the cost of your medical care. You can help by keeping your account current. Payment is expected at the time of your visit. Statements are prepared and mailed on accounts monthly. Accounts that are not paid after 60 days are considered past due and will incur a re-billing fee each month. We accept cash, check, visa or mastercard. Please notify us of any changes in your address, insurance, deductibles or co-payments. Please make sure referrals are done prior to coming to the office for your appointment.

As a participating physician, you will not be responsible for more than the allowable charge if covered under one of these. (Participation means we accept the approved or allowed amounts, not what the insurance pays). Your medical insurance is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Each insurance company treats reimbursement differently. Some insurance companies cover the entire cost, while others have a co-pay for the office visit and will pay other services at a percentage. We encourage you to read your policy so you will know the conditions and circumstances of the coverage available to you.

Routine foot care may be covered in advanced diseases such as diabetes, vascular diseases and patients that are taking anti-coagulation medication.

Orthotics: Custom orthotics are made especially for you from a mold of your foot that is sent to an outside laboratory for fabrication. Custom orthotics must be paid for at the time of service and there will be no discount on the cost of the orthotics regardless of any insurance coverage.
